By using Kevara, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use Kevara.

2. Service Description

Kevara is a platform for creating and managing digital professional profiles on the AT Protocol. Profiles are publicly viewable unless set to private. Kevara provides analytics, profile hosting, and identity management tools.

3. AT Protocol Account Requirements

You must have an AT Protocol account to use Kevara. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Kevara is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, truthful profile information
Not impersonate other users or entities
Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity
Not use Kevara for spam or phishing
Respect intellectual property rights of others

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you post on Kevara. By posting content, you grant Kevara a license to display and distribute your profile within the AT Protocol network. Kevara's branding, design, and technology are protected by copyright.

6. Prohibited Content

Kevara prohibits content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove violating content and suspend or terminate accounts.

7. Analytics & Data

Your analytics data is stored on your AT Protocol Personal Data Server. You control whether tracking is enabled. You can delete analytics data at any time. Kevara does not sell or share your analytics.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kevara is provided "as is" without warranties. Kevara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

9. Service Modifications

Kevara may modify or discontinue services at any time. We will notify users of major changes when possible.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime, but your profile data remains on the AT Protocol network.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of Kevara constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
